Only piece of hate mail I've ever gotten was from some bad scout who kept trying to run at my HMG Sentinel head on while cloaked... and fell to his death twice fighting me due to him jump strafing over a pit of doom (Seriously, there is a freaking guard rail there for a reason dude!), since he obviously didn't seem to get that he wasn't going to crack my defensive position with out some back up (Only 4 stairwells led down to where I was, not that hard to just sweep back and forth looking for that magical blue Christmas light with the shotty while keeping the objective locked down).
The hate mail seems to only depend on if you actually get someone mad... I've done things like pop a proto suited sniper who had a charge sniper and was hiding in his redline with my NT-511 from 550 meters away (Took for-freaking-ever to find that red Chevron...), and smacked a proto nova knifing Minja with the bottom of my HMG as they jumped at me to knife me... and only got congratulation mail for such things.
So... yeah... just... find the ragers I guess? Maybe team kill in FW alot? That should generate some hate mail... I think...

Don't even get hate mail for killing the sniper using a thales right at the end of the match so no revive. Guess he had lots of them. |

I guess I'd flanked him and killed him without him seeing me. Coz that's like...my whole play-style.
Took the time to explain that I agreed with him but I haven't used a cloak for two weeks so he should rage at someone else. No cloak with shotgun... o7
Honestly at this point, I've found myself getting killed more when using the cloak, probably coz I'm doing it wrong. I find myself relying on it and that often gets me dead. Probably just a play-style thing, but frankly the only time I would use the cloak would be for covering open spaces in relative safety. I'll probably try it again soon, see how to adapt my style to make best use of it.
Most times I've died to a cloaked player is when they've surprised me whilst hacking. Honestly...I would've likely died if they hadn't been cloaked. Coz cloak is temporary, stealth is permanent ;-)

i get annoyingly polite condescending hatemail from some dbag that randomly entered our squad to explain to me that me and my gunner could be gaining more WP for placing defend order on dropship. instead of explaining to him that gunner is placing attack orders from his turret i ask him to plz F off. middle school insults ensue. i play hard and deserve much better hatemail than this.

Why issue attack orders constantly if you can just pop a defend order down?  |
