Also, as far as I know those Myofibrils dont affect knife damage.

They did in closed beta. .. when knife damage was based offa melee damage.
But that was now over a year ago.

Five shots from a rail rifle and you are dead. No cloaks. Scan might not even pick up my passive dampened dragonfly. Not much faster than my tanked scout either.
Now, if you get 35-3kd it seems good. With a better fit maybe you could take on DNS by yourself. |

Pretty much every weapon will kill you in no time. The only use I can think for Myofibrils is to maximise the ability to melee whilst cloaked.

Not really, seems a tad wasteful since stimulants don't effect nova knives.

Thanks for notifying me that stimulants don't affect Nova Knifes, although while i was playing it felt as tho it was adding more damage. |

The advantage Myofibrils bring is that could can melee while sprintng, you can melee straight out of cloak (no weapon switch), you can combo into a melee attack from firing another weapon and it's hitbox makes clearing deployables really easy (you don't need to look down).
Didn't realize the Min scout still had it's old damage though. I'm curious if this was intended or if they missed it like they did with commandos.

But the MinScout gets a bonus to both Melee and Nova Knife damage. Combine that with Prof V and your knives are doing about 1400HP per charged swipe (.6s), and 495HP per melee attack.

Sounds like you were stomping in pub games. That suit wouldn't float for half a second in a competitive game.
1.8 --- Still getting spawntrapped by boxes.
1.8 --- Smart deployment = letting a 2 year old handle spawns.

Well you do over 400HP damage just with melee. Your advantage is that you can punch some 1 without changing to a weapon. However as soon you beat somebody down you will become visible.
