Primus sucks.

Not sure if they should be unscannable but a nice reduction to equipment profile would be nice. Though I'm not sure anymore, there is far too much uplink spam in the game as is. This would only add to that. Really we need to reel the number of uplinks deployable back. But this definitely fits the scout role and is a nice bonus.
