Questions on Possible Assault Buffs, Might it be a good Idea to Mix Assault and Commando Bonuses and give them to both?

- Yes, I'd say +1 as an Inherent Bonus
- I agree for the Gallente and Caldari, the Amarr needs a Plate Speed Reduction Bonus to Allow them to Assault better with a Large Buffer, and the Minmatar could use Speed, Damage or Some Sort of Bonus Towards Explosives

I like the +25% to clip size... but it does nothing for me if I can die quicker than I could use the racial in.
Fix for armor plates: +1/3/5% scan profile per armor plate (basic/enhanced/complex in order)
Same with Shields though, but Shields need some sort of buff

Min needs a (Slight) PG and (Major)CPU buff
