Only fit one rep if it's a complex. Otherwise, plate and two reps is the golden formula. At least from my experience, anyway.

Ive done this for a long time. I use 4 comp. reps with maxed skills and get 27hp/s with over 500hp total. my armour reps faster than shields. and logi gk.0 you can get over 30hp/s

3x enhanced shields ONLY LEVEL 3
duvolle ar
core flaylock
m1 nades
4x complex repps
assault gk.0
really good for countering scouts

Before 1.8, I ran my Amarr Logi with about 400-500 Armor, and a repair rate of exactly 20. It was amazing.
