and even though i could be killed easily i felt amazaing being able to rep back up fairly quickly and fighting again without a problem
i only have lvl 1 reps but im now going to focus on getting that up to atleast 3 so i can rep even better.
does anyone else stack reps instead of just tanking? i feel amazing knowing that i can rep back to full helath in know time

Use a basic plate and two reps it will give you a larger buffer to take damage with and it doesn't slow you down too much

If you like stacking basic reppers, wait till you get complex reppers.
I run 2 complex reppers on my basic G-I heavy and rep at 12.5/sec.

i think it so fun knowing that youy wont die in a ew hits if your low on hp becuase you have reps on instead of being a FOTM brick tanker

Honestly a solid mix of plates/reps yields the best results, hands down.
The only time straight reps beats plates + reps is if you're a hardcore hit-and-run player.

I run an Adv A-Sent with all complex repping elements to include regulator and complex armor reps. It's a hit and cover heavy. It's quite fun although a little expensive.

TBH a repper fit would only work if the AR had solid DPS, something that allows you to blow the enemy to pieces by surprise.
But it doesn't, the CR does that.

I quite enjoy the Minmatar Heavy with an HMG for those hit-and-run SURPRIZE ********* moments.
Obviously the weakest heavy, but still fun to run.

It's funny I've been influence by gallente tactics so much in dust that in EVE I never leave dock without a rep on my ship.

Basic reps are 2 right? I'm guessing you have 3 reppers then? so thats 6 active reps and then the gal assualt Passive rep on the suit is like what 2-3? get Complex, **** the basic and adv. Stack 4 reppers on that ****, getting 15+ hp/s(?) no delay is pretty damn good |

dude i got gal assault too and dnt use reps only armor plates 2 complex and 1 basic i think,u dnt need reps coz gal assaults have that skill to repair itself

It dies to things like Combat Rifles and HMGs pretty easily but it is the perfect thing to fight Rail and Scrambler Rifles as you can take cover and close the distance with enough HP to kill your opponent.

Really any Min weapon will kill this fit with relative ease; but yes the CR is it's absolute bane and the bane of 90% of all fittings.

The rep rates you can get with complex are over three times what you can get with an unskilled basic.

As gallente, there's no reason NOT to fit a rep
Back when I played, it was the first module on any new ship fit for gallente I did

My Proto GalAssault reps at 14.5 a sec and my heavy is repping at 19.75 a second.
The Gal is Tank-ish but the heavy is awful for 1v1 encounters vs other Proto heavies and anyone with a CR can eat through you.
