Read everything you said after that quote. Just a lot of "stop complaing in threads, cloak is OP, you suck". OP is clearly just not interested in using the cloak because he was able to run scout pre-1.8 and feels like the bonus is a waste. This isn't even gloating, I too feel that a cloak bonus is stupid. He's not saying cloaks are OP, he's not saying he's too good for cloaks or commenting on his skill, and he's not QQing about not being good. What exactly is the OP's plan for after the bonus is changed? The cloak was designed to have a prohibitive PG/CPU requirement absent the bonus. Are the fitting requirements reduced? This would be a bonus for scouts as they would now receive an additional bonus and lead to the proliferation of idiot "invisible" medium and heavy frames running around with chevrons over their heads. This might be funny, but the scout frame is already in a pretty favorable place right now. If the requirements are not changed, the cloak becomes useless as the fitting costs are too prohibitive to justify it's cost. The OP may not need or want the cloak, but there are many more who find it useful. Simply stating that you would like a different bonus without giving any indication of what changes need to be made or consideration of how those changes affect the game as a whole isn't much of an invitation to engage in a conversation.
