I don't need the Cloak, and I'm sure many others don't. I've removed the Cloak from all my fits except the one I use for Speed Hacking, seeing as how its slow, got a small tank, and no Profile Damps.
But now I feel like I'm missing out, missing out on a bonus that I spent 2.9mil SP to have.
I'm not even going to get into the discussion on how the Cloak is a horrible addition to gameplay, and it would seriously be beneficial to just completely remove the damn thing.
The Scout suit never needed the Cloak, it just needed a buff.

Thats a bonus for a specific race, and not a Class wide one.
Sentinel - Gets a Bonus to Resistance of Splash (Does not require you to use a specific equip, it is always there)
Logistics - Gets a reduction to the PG/CPU Consumption of Equipment (On ALL Equipment, excluding the Cloak)
Assault - Gets a Reduction to the PG/CPU Consumption of Weaponry (All Weapons)
Commando - Increase to Reload Speed
Scout - Reduction of the CPU/PG Consumption of the Cloak (One specific piece of equipment, that does not fit into the playstyle of all Scouts)

The bonus should in my opinion be.
5% Reduction to the CPU/PG Consumption of Biotic Modules per level.
Why?
More players will be inclined to take out their plates and fill them with Biotics.
