 I mean, changing to weapons disrupts it right? I like what the cloak brings to the table but it needs a few more balancing mechanics.
 
 The proto cloak should be 60 sec, it needs a longer delay from cloak to weapon and a very distinctive sound when you cloak and uncloak.

 I think it is reasonable. There are several ways to do it. One is to have a re-cloaking delay penalty after being damaged while cloaked. Another is to have the duration on the cloak take "damage" at some rate like 1hp of damage = 0.25 secs of cloak so if you deal 100 damage to a cloaked scout you deplete 25 seconds off the cloak (you're still damaging their shields/armor too of course).

 You'll have to forgive me - there has been...."a number" of 'cloaks are OP, so here is a random collection of nerfs -(not sure what they will do, but boy do I hate cloaks, so they will at least make me happy)' type threads since 1.8.
 
 I'm not saying this falls into the same catergory, but without the 'why'...

 agree with the OP. being shot should disrupt cloak field, so should fluxes.
