Useless? no... A 50% miss rate means 440 less damage, give or take. A 100% miss rate with 15sec cooldown would be broken. Keep hardeners too maybe for heavier DS, and Chaff for the scout types that can outrun. More vehicle roles please. Yes to the forward turret mounted swarms though. Air to air combat needs more cool. No it needs 100% or nothing, battlefield does it just fine, and it would allow people to use aomething other than hardeners or hp
