so im mainly a vehicle guy, but decided to get level 3 C sentinel because im use to shield since forever.
i must say its pretty awesome compared to my alts lvl 3 M sentinel (lets not talk bout that hot mess).
you really can kill anybody without them taking out your shields, even other heavies. just curious about what people fit on theirs.
i run-
x2 complex shield extenders
1 enhanced shield energizer
1 enhanced shield regulator.
for proto i run x3 shield extenders.
good? not good? i'll eventually get complex mods.
anyone else run different?

I'm working on getting CPX Energizers or Rechargers for my CalSent, Combine those with the 1 sec shield depleted delay and you have a great heavy weapon platform who ducks in and out of cover.
EDIT: Also, check out www.protofits.com to test out what you want before you skill into it, its a great website really.
The most OP weapon on the Dust Battle Field:
One good logi, one rep tool, and a heavy.

For proto try 2x ext 2x energisers.
Always armour repper in your low; regulator is nice on the face of it but it isn't a significant difference (especially if you don't stack extenders for the depleted penalty) and a repper means your whole tank passively regenerates.
Burst HMG is amazing for CalSent; the cover-based play makes the massive DPS from the burst incredibly effective.
I don't use the Sent myself, but I know a guy who does so (by which I mean I squad with him nearly daily).
Bricking works well when you can swap with another heavy while you regen.

I wish I knew off hand. I mainly run advanced. I know its two complex shield extenders, one energizer and an armor repper.

exactly. kinda unfair for other solo heavies, we have all out hp back in seconds, sad for armor tankers tiss why i went for shield.

hhhmmm I see. Does anyone know the exact time the complex regulator actually does for the suit? I'm guessing not much because it's already fast. 25% on 3 seconds is like BLAH. So looks like i'll go armor repper.

Interesting build ideas for the shield recharge.
I run the AmArr heavy fully tanked just for all you other heavies I meet 
Throw a flux and awaaaaay we go.
I do like the idea of running faster but in a closed in toe to toe fight somebodeies always got a flux.
So I see this cal suit great for the hop and pop fatties. |

I fit my CK/0 sent like I fit my ck/0 assault 4 complex shield extenders and as much armor as possible and use hit and run tactics

I skilled into c sentinel with 1.8. The most fun i had in dust for a while. You can make a nice fit for about 7K running basic stuff. All my fits are a combination of reppers, energizers and extenders. |
