I do dare gripe because Amarr scout is actually a pretty decent suit. It's outperformed, but it works very well nonetheless.

I'm an SCR aficionado in my spare time with a soft spot for the Amarr, but I'm primarily Gallentean.

Done Personally I do really like the Ion Pistol, but you can't deny it's a little lack luster at points. Considering its low DMG no firecap would be fine. The burst scrambler has a 24 round mag btw, 29 with skills maxed.
'No firecap' is excessive, very much so. But it'd be nice if it had a RoF high enough to be able to comfortably shoot it whilst not being too vulnerable to modded controllers - something along the lines of 500 RPM.
