Most of the respec crowd have gone dormant or like me semi dormant. Even more scary is that many have disappeared from the forums as well.

Asking for a respec now will not find a friendly response from most of those remaining on the forums.

I do have those suits/weapons. I use them semi-often. Still, No Respecs.

In fact, if you look at the EULA, you'll find that CCP owns everything, and you just rent access to the servers. Basically the EULA is a big "Screw you. I'm taking my ball and going home" except that by "ball", they mean "game stats" and by "going home" they mean "changing them however we want".

The EULA has two stated reason why CCP may terminate your account, both are bad behavior related, so i actually could file a small claims case in my state and since CCP was conducting business in Atalanta i'm gold. It would cost me $50.00
and parking.

My account was terminated, because CCP made license changes from beta, and since i did not login when the game hit the PSN store and 6 months passed and my passive SP accrual was disabled. So unfortunately the tickets that i bought to be apart of the first Mordu event strictly so that me and my son would have access to the passive SP accrual was undone.

So my son and I are short 5 million SP

why?, because i speced 3 SP million into a tank killing tank, and after a long frustrating weekend with mixed results, i took a break from tankmegedom.

what did i do? I took my scout, put a cloak and DREN shotgun and went full rettard!

I can runretard and help ruin this game or spend millions more SP on tanks, or just ***** for a respec?

after much deliberation - i'll spend the SP on Tanks.

Pretty sure it's not the same game when going from beta to release, which is why we had to re-agree to the EULA at that point. You didn't sign into the "new" game for 6 months, how is that CCPs fault?

Congratulations. You are now able to drive a tank. This is good. It gives you the ability to call in a tank whenever you like. And with 3 million SP spend into tanks that thing isn't too shabby. Enjoy it! Sooner or later you would get to the point where you would spend SP on it again anyways.

I would be happy if CCP Shanghai would introduce one time per year aurum full respec. this would atleast allow some players to repair the constant core mechanic changes on their characters & speed of introducing core content which forces alot of players to train into something new every major patch because their old stuff just dont play out in terms PLAYSTYLE as before. I know some guys that would instantly return to the game if that would happen.

it is obvious that CCP Shanghai likes to count dollars from booster sales. why not just go to the next level?

a one per year full respec for aurum is a win for everyone. players can repair CCPs design decision mistakes, perfectionists can remove that lvl 1 of whatever skill they are not using and CCP earns money for better development. it matters because it is a one time thing and costs money.

and why stop there? give us race change and decorations for my quarters for aurum too.

introduce PLEX like in EVE for those that do not want to spend money for AUR thus they can buy that stuff with alot of ISK.

As for the judge lauhing I don't think so, because the enticement from CCP inregards to the Mordu event promised passice SP,
and the EULA covers account terminations.

The fun aspect of small claims court in Florida, after winning you can call for another hearing for any reason 2x the enjoyment of protecting yourself as a consumer.
