Me and a few fellow friends of DUST decided to group up, with 2 logis (one who started the job today) and a couple others with me as the only heavy (Amarr Commando A/1 Series)... The goal? To hold down the most contested area in the map. In this case it was the spire Gallente area (Where there is a single "main road" and there's that electric spire) with Bravo as the main area. How did we do?
First game: Everyone decimated the area.
Second game: Went up against some MEN IN BLACK (or w/e) and a couple Hellstorm. We couldn't push into B but put up a good fight, losing in the end.
Third game: Up against the same guys, this time, we had B and kept them out the entire time. Clone count on both sides was about ~50 left and the MCC damages were close, but we lost in the end. Amazing match.
Fourth game: Up against some other people who had the same tactic (we had the same map 3 times in a row). They got to B about the same time, but we took it in the end and made a had push to keep it as they had uplinks on the building next to/above B. Called in my ADS and wiped the uplinks while killing a couple enemies. Recalled after we secured B. Match proceeded with us holding B and OBing their DS that tried to uplink the same area (he got #REKT). Ended up getting DCed from PSN and as I type this they began losing the push since their heavy support was gone. In the end the match was a loss as well.
With a single well coordinated ragtag squad, we held down the objective and kept them out with my CRW AScR/ELM-7 combo. It was really, really amazing.
WHY CAN'T BLUEBERRIES LEARN TO DO THIS SHIT!?
Dropships need a buff. This way they can stop derping everywhere . ;_;

I could care less for W/L and K/D ratios. We pushed them hard and gave them a run for their money in a simple pub match. None of us were even running proto gear unlike them, lol.
