I'm talking about those people in MLT suits doing nothing but crouching and standing up for an entire match. I first noticed this behavior during the Million Clone Challenge. At first, I figured it was just people who wanted to "play" their 10 games and were too lazy to ACTUALLY play the game. But, that event ended a long time ago and I STILL see people doing this and I'm still baffled...
Maybe someone should do a PR thing and tell the dummies out there that they're dumb. I dunno. I'm just a lone medic.

They use an alt + turbo control = don't get kicked from matches = ISK farming ...

I have watched some guys do this, and some of them are actually looking at the map or calling in stuff, no matter I kill them all when I find them. If the afk and on my team I push them with a lav out in the open to be killed by red. |

Because you just have to hold down the R1 button, as if you're locking onto something, with the Swarm Launcher, and the game will think that you're actually playing, so you won't get booted.

There is a method for AFKing without rubber bands or controller placement using the Swarm launcher.

Meh, if AFK'ing is less frustrating, why would I increase my stress levels?
SP is the only commodity of any Value here, and since it is metered out, you should at least attempt to get as much as possible.
For noobs, I would thoroughly recommend AFK'ing instead of going 0/12 or 0/14 with less than 200 WP.
They save ISK, and still get all the SP without having to break a controller when yet another proto whatever feeds them their teeth again.
