My god these things are insane. People use proto gear in pubs? Its so easy its not even fun.

That was always the case, but in 1.7 and earlier you could have both, no drawbacks. Now you have to choose... sort of. 440 shield double range amp Cal scout V FTW.

Try Hard Mode with the Min Scout, where fittings and eHP are ****.
"One does not simply" run 11.12 m/s.
You do it with 63.00 Stamina Regen.

Actually, I THINK if you had proto Scout and proto damps, you could only get under the ADV scanner. Barely.
Now, with Gallente bonus, and the buff to dB, you can damp even further without mods. |

i don't mind when a scout kills me i know its just a no skill player who runs around in the new OP fit. its those good players who were scouts before 1.8 now those dudes with a cloak are down right crazy now.

In 1.7 you could avoid proto scans on any MEDIUM suit with 2 complex damps - 1 was usually fine for pubs. |
