Attention Blueberries,
We all know how much you hate being absolutely decimated by vehicles. Some of you seem to at least seem to be trying to dip your toes into the water busting out those Militia Swarm Launchers or AV Grenades in vain attempt to aid your team. You give it your all only to be smacked down by Heavy Armor Reps laughing away all your hard work. Well no more.
The time is nigh for you to learn the only true way to battle tanks: tanks. I'm sick and tired of having to do this job so I'm coming to you, Blueberries, to aid me because, let's face it, this game is all about Adapt or Die. If you haven't realized, infantry AV has been pretty pathetic since 1.7 hit and has only gotten worse with 1.8. It's cute when you try and Swarm Launcher that Tank or ADS as he's mowing your team down. Your Swarm Launcher is like a dinner bell for that tank. Stop wasting your damn time.
It costs 0 SP and is relatively cheap compared to some Proto AV fits.
Buy a Sica (Militia Rail Tank) and fit yourself 2x Militia Rail Damage Mods with whatever you want in the lows. Most people will do like an armor plate an armor rep or something, but that doesn't really matter much because if you're spotted you're pretty much dead.
The key here is to get it down somewhere away from where the fray is going on. You don't want your tank to be spotted before you spot them. Get somewhere safe and pull out your map. If you zoom in a bit you can actually find where the tanks are roaming around and can tell if they're busy or not.
Drop down your tank and get a good position. Damage mods stack so if you activate both of them at once you're pretty much guaranteed to 3 or 4 shot most tanks. Again, the key is to get the jump because that first shot pretty much ensures your victory. This is ALL you need to worry about getting good at. This type of AV can be called in anywhere at anytime. You don't need Supply Depots or waste 5 minutes hunting a tank with a Forge Gun or REs only to have your time wasted away when they get away with a sliver of health. No. Drop down a rail tank and do the job like CCP intended you to do.

I'm trying to appeal to the lowest common denominator here.
Besides, missiles can't do anything a rail can do just as well or better.
