Welp until the day comes when your wallhacks get nerfed looks like this is my only usable fit.

Btw you only need 2 damos to avoid the cal scout without cloaking.

If you don't understand how ridiculously OP this is then you were probably fine with scanners too. 80% of Caldari scouts are the old scanner logis.

One complex profile damp + cloak beats 99.99% of Caldari scout fits. You may not have wallhack, but you can avoid the wallhack, and it scares the **** out of them.

Just because you can be seen (the Gal goes pretty much unseen) doesn't mean you can be killed.
Cal Scouts are nothing near the old Active Scanners. The old Active Scanners literally scanned 30000m^2 every single time they spun and that was perma scan.
