Also, because I know they are coming, I can just leave a pleasant RE trap for them.

Brick tanked scouts are bad, and get spotted, then the heavy I am rolling with goes to town on them.

the general consensusis, that you should fit a single damp on the scout and your scans are suddenly useless.

it is stupid that a damp increases the effectives of a cloak but a precision enhancer does not increase the effectiveness of the scanner.

Logi gk.0 with Duvolle Focused scans down to 21 db.

Dual damped Cals can get under that cloaked, but then they run no range mods, so they gimp their suits primary attributes.

Min and Amarr scouts can not get under the focused scanner unless they cloak and run damps. More possible for the amarr, but the min gimps itself hard to go fully damped.

There is still a place for an ewar logi, and that suit is the Gal logi.
