Yeah I end up at the gym a couple of times a week plus weekends so you do rack up a decent number of miles each week, more once you start doing long stints of Mountain and Road Biking.
Never really got into biking because I'm too lazy to get the bike up and down the stairs. I just run around the track and on the trails. Nothing beats competing though. There's no other feeling like two guys breathing down your neck and then you just take off as fast as you can.
