Those are completely broken right now if you have any SP into them. As broken as railguns have been since 1.7. Since railguns are somehow still OP even though they misfire, I'm gonna say that forges are not broken.
Railguns don't necessarily strike me as OP...but I don't run vehicles often.
Can you expand on why they are?
