There's a big fuss about tanks currently, and aside from talking about tank/AV balance, we really need the ability to be able to call in on-demand OMS AV turrets (rail/missile/blaster installations).
The issue is that to run an infantry AV fitting, you have to die first or spawn in with AV and be ineffective against infantry. In fact, your SL can't do anything to infantry since it requires a lock-on to fire. But the same isn't true with tanks. The tanker doesn't have to die first to call in a tank. He can simply call in a tank and start causing havoc. We need the ability to call in AV just as the tanker calls in his tank. (And I'm not entirely sure why this isn't already a feature; I mean, the Dust promo video shows a cost on everything, so why can't we call in whatever we want as long as we pay for it?)
