An incredibly low skilled fit that is basically immune to infantry does indeed present balancing issues, especially when you realize that it usually has an overly effective anti infantry weapon attached to it.
In the meantime I just laugh at people who are so desperate for ratings that they have to use fits like that

You do realize that in order for the triple repper combo to be effective against AV you have to at least use enhanced to complex armor reppers right? Basic ones won't rep fast enough. And in order to fit them at all you're going to need quite a few skillpoints in armor fitting optimization or else you'll go over the pg/cpu limit (which you can't remedy with PG or CPU upgrades since they take up the very slots you need for the reppers). This costs quite a few skillpoints to work, so your "low skilled" comment doesn't seem very fitting at all..
