might aswell use a gallente scout, more speed, 700+ hp and immune to all scanners when cloaked except a focused scanner on gallente logi or a a tripple modded caldari scout which no one uses  |

I'd probably use a triple modded Caldari scout if I was skilled into them. If you can see everyone before they see you, you don't need much hp.

Man you don't even need the cloak, 2 damps and you'll never appear on radar. I sometimes run a triple Precision Cal Scout, mainly because the PlC is hard to fit with extenders.

Proto suit with basic weapons, not to mention any self-respecting Cal scout (or other EWAR scout) will see straight through your cloak. It's fine.
