Not for me. Rouge has already been on the job for some months now. I don't care what his ideas are. I want to know what he has actually DONE.

CCP has a really bad habit of keeping far too many idealists on staff, and not enough engineers. EP is not a position for a dreamer, it is a position that should be held be someone who knows how to accomplish things.

The monthly updates to fix uprising have gone away, and the problems are actually getting worse since this new guy came on. Sure, some of it is teething pains, but how much? And what plan HAS(not will, or is under consideration) been enacted to reduce or eliminate these types of events from occurring.

This game needs to not be a bug riddled, repetitive mess. We all can see that, and pretty much anyplace where the game is functional is better, so the direction is irrelevant, so long as their is a REAL PLAN to get there.

Honestly, I don't expect much, and really am not bothered by it anymore. I just reactivated my Eve accounts, and am having a balst in New Eden the proper way, while AFK'ing the crap out of my infantry toons because Dust is so broken right now, my millions of SP into FG's mean that I am gimped compared to a noob with a MLT forge.

Can't wait to see what they break next.

BTW, if I were going to hear promises, I would rather they be about things that this game needs, like greater connectivity with Eve, or a player market, a fix to FW and PC, etc. Give me serious updates for those core components or GTFO.

I suspect it will be the latter.

I suspect it will be the latter. +1 General. ^This is evidence-based reasoning and given our history here in the boondocks of New Eden it is the only reasoning we should be applying to CCP/DUST. They certainly haven't earned any devcred, imo. I support SP rollover.

I'm really just sick and tired of these updates coming to us at the speed of light maple syrup. I think the vast majority of us can live with the quality (for now -_- ) and want the rest of the content and functionality of this game to be completed. It's quite simple. Bring in more players (and separate them from vet stompers i.e. MLT/STD - ADV/PRO arenas, or something. Figure it out. Throw in a PLC only mode because it's horribly fun to play with this broke dck ass weapon, right now, and stops Dust players from going infuriatingly insane - seriously go try it.) Finish the rest of the damn game, faster (everything needed finished yesterday, more players in larger maps) Deal with bugs and polish your COMPLETED game (and no more back-and-forth monthly semi-fixes)

Ten response posts per day in feedback forums. And if feedback or feedback subforum threads are still too many in volume then its one to three threads per week in feedback forums. The idea of rationing posts would force us to comment only on what was most critical, giving threads and responses weight and meaning. If the forum was like this I'd be reading threads a lot more carefully. Currently the S/N ratio is too low to justify putting in more time with low quality threads. Maybe implemented as an opt-in-only feature, so that we keep our current forum, but any merc opted in had an indicator attached to their name. Add a filter and a search option to see only those posts. Preferably get rid of 'likes' for the peeps who opt-in, or as a poorer alternative filter 'likes' by that criteria. P.S. Was thinking that if we do have likes, they should be limited too, maybe 5 per day. In fact, if 'likes' are limited, maybe we should have 'dislikes' also, rationed to 2 per day. I support SP rollover.
