Green and blue-green colors Glows green Heals armor at a great rate upon revive.....as in....Quick Armor regeneration...... From what we can see....Those are all pretty much Gallente Traits. If it were a Caldari equipment it would be freakin steel grey and blue with a rectangular boring shape to it but obviously this is not the case. Caldari already have an equipment that heals armor, you have like two types or hives to choose from the little armor you have. They have the armor and ammo hive and then just an armor hive. Do they really need another equipment that heals armor? It probably started out with having Gallente use in mind but it just turned into another case of CCP licking the feet of Caldari and giving them everything as always? We'll get more stuff eventually. We have the best scout (aesthetics-wise and combat-wise). Our mediums are "alright", but I love the look. Our heavies are top notch even though we're slightly slower than the Amarr (WTF). Our weapons are standard issue and I agree half our stuff doesn't work sometimes. Yes, our equipment needs work, too. Despite all that, I still use the Gallente Scout with shotgun and Ion Pistol despite how terrible I might do just because it's Gallente tech. Do not feel pity, my Gallente brethren. Rejoice in our moments of glory when we stand back up and vanquish the Caldari scum once and for all.

I'll give you the Amarr Heavy but the Gal Scout us the best scout...at the very worst it is a tie. Gallente have the best suits in the game but abysmal weapons.
