They won't get 100%..... so they having a batch fit on the forums to get their way  . Gotta be effing kidding me. Just snipe the district when it comes online & stop qqing on the forums. Its at their own 36mil right ? (serious question is it really against the rules because if so all you mother ******* better be banned for district locking in the past on purpose. XD )
