I was wondering why it felt easier to hit with, and then it hit me. The ACR is the best rifle because it stunlocks like a HMG.
CCP, I don't care if it makes hit detection a bit worse. Get rid of this stupid snare effect! It's asinine.

It's for all weapons, but it doesn't seem to be balanced around ROF. Projectile weapons all have highest-in-class ROF, so it's most noticeable with them.
