Since nobody with clout is apparently listening to our collective forum voice, I propose that we organize a series of boycotts.
Tuesday, April 22 - Raise Awareness About Bonus Bugs Day
~The bonus bug is bogus. We need a hotfix for that pronto.
Tuesday, April 29 - We Want Our Grenades Back Day
~We got shanked by grenade capacity reduction.
If we don't play on those days, then the server stats will reflect our boycott and nothing will happen anyway because nobody is monitoring the server stats.
Does anyone else feel like the communication channel between the community and CCP is completely broken?

It's a hypothetical satirical situation that underscores the point of the question below it. Is the communication channel to CCP broken?
It seems to be the general consensus that it is not broken, and that they are slow to respond.

I love when people who know literally nothing think they know whether or not a particular bug is even possible to hotfix. Do you even know what a hotfix is? Are you aware why some things can be hotfixed, and other things cannot?
I am familiar with all forms of release mechanisms. The fact that this bug still plagues us reflects strongly upon the ineptitude of the game developer which is why I quit playing and why I hope that the player base will somehow rally and shake it up.

If you have a solution to that one, then I'm sure both the EVE and DUST devs are all ears. As that bug has been plaguing EVE on and off now for about 5 years.
I don't know what development tools they're using, but jesus, if they can't figure it out at compile time, debug the dang runtime. Set a frigging stop point at the bonus modifier function and watch it go to work on the avatar object. Visually inspect any code that may interfere with the synchronization of spawning a player. It's all in the code, kids, like a ripe little stinky banana. Now get to work, code monkeys, and evolve some higher order problem solving skills.
