Only when we get War Thunder type matchmaking (based on the highet tier fitting in your inventory). 10 BPOs and ! proto suit? You fight proto level players. All ADV? You fight ADV level troops. You choose which level of suits you want to use and you fight along those lines. And so on. I see no reason why my 1.2 million sp Alt is fighting Duna2002 nyan san, and ancient exiles.
Redline for Thee, but no Redline for Me.

Probably Speed Strafing heavies. I guess the HMG slowdown ties in with that a bit.
Was attempting to proto every weapon a bad idea? Yes. 11 so far

The community. For a gaming genre that's supposed to inspire remorseless killers, all I see are a bunch of whiny punks that complain about everything. In fact, this is why I don't play much anymore. In the last game I remember, I was doing my logi thing, keeping people alive, dropping ammo, revives, and killing the occasional straggler. Instead of hearing "good job!" Everthing was arguing about how my suit still needed nerfs. I finished that night short by proudly grabbing my junk and telling them what they could nerf and promptly uninstalled.
This community is the nail in Dust 514's coffin, waiting to be hammered in.

The negative community is my pet peeve.
Make more positive posts. The negative posts are becoming very mute to me, and I'm sure the devs. With so many negative cries, they are forced to depend solely on statistics. Statistics can only do so much. Let the devs know what you like about cloak, shotgun, tanks, dropships, etc... Instead of posting what you don't like all the time. Bring balance to the forums. |

When blueberries don't GTFO out of my dropship when I want to recall it. Hands down, this ruins many a match, as the turd(s) waste tons of time likely thinking, "Why isn't this guy flying anywhere? I guess I'll just shoot missiles at the side of the hill until I run out of ammo." Facepalms for dayz.
My other dropsuit is a Python.

My biggest pet peeve with Dust is CCP. They are hands down one of the worst FPS game developers I have ever come across and are not far off being the worst general developer either. Their ineptitude is incredible and their slowness to react to things even more so. They have screwed up different parts of this game time and time again without learning from their mistakes. They fix 5 things and break 10 more with each patch. Their coders and programmers are hopelessly bad at their job and their "QA team" is even worse because anyone who playtested this garbage and thought it was ok was either high on meth or is just plain stupid.
BTW, if CCP have any jobs I would like one because it is one of the few companies in the world where you can be **** at your job and still keep said job. |

There are many annoying tactics, but no others force you to have to try and beat them at their own game in order to take them off the field.
And most of the time they're tanked and on a hill. So they can just take a hit and back away until the coast is clear.
I'd rather have people capable of firing whilst cloaked, than have people immune to counter-strategies.
