Honestly I think that commando should be getting the pg / cpu reduction as it opens them up to doing stuff like carrying plc's or swarms without screwing their fits. Assault should be getting the reload speed bonus.
Nah commandos are for suppression fire so it would make sense that they have faster reload times.....
