Like come now. Proto Nova Knives Should look better. Make feel super assassin like. Maybe black outside and a red inside. Thirsty for merchants blood. It's just my opinion. :D

Each race is supposed to get a Nova Knife Variant.
Right now we are merely stuck with the Caldari variant.. And they have never been known for their awesome color choices in the History of New Eden. |

They updated that, min scouts black at proto, brown at STD & ADV.
I agree with OP black knives with the insides glowing red rather than blue would be sexy.

I have been thinking and instead of black outside and red inside, why not flip it have a redish color charge. I would have much more pleasure killing.
