All you did was whack one mole's head in one place, so that two more could pop up elsewhere.
I used to like dom and skirm, but as it just so happens, they are now spam-fests since tankers can't use ambush as their killing grounds anymore. All of your game-modes are boring as hell, CCP, but why would you cater to the most cookie-cutter and copy paste of them all, team death match? Why ruin the only two relatively tactical game modes by forcing the spam-fests out of the game mode that was meant for spam-fests?
To top it off, I can't even fight back against these tank spam attacks, since my forge gun is broken and you haven't fixed it yet.
If you are going to implement vehicle caps, CCP, it is all or nothing. A cap on vehicles in EVERY game mode, or none at all. That way you aren't just pushing the vehicles to other game modes.

Ambush - No Vehicles please. Ambush OMS - 2 vehicles but plenty of supply depots. Skirmish and Doms (and OMS) with plenty of supply depots, fortified positions where you can hit vehicles but they can not get to you but MOST importantly fix and improve AV so you can actually deal with the vehicle spam.
If possible also create a Vehicle Only game mode but I doubt many vehicle users would actually use it and squad death match if you believe your squads are good enough. |

Well you allways have the redline where you can hide. On ambush there was no chance previously to avoid 6 tanks at once.

Reducing vehicle cap hurts LAV and dropship pilots when tanks are what you're trying to address. For this to be acceptable, the caps would have to be specific to individual vehicles. I suggested the idea before because I don't think a 16 player team should be able to have 6 tanks at once, considering how much effort it takes to take down one; wasn't very popular though. There is a bug which causes skills to not apply when you spawn (easiest way to notice is seeing your shields and armor not full), it also makes the forge gun shoots blanks because the charge time reduction of the operation skill isn't applying. The forge gun works once your skills kick in, you can tell skills are working when your health goes all the way back up. Tanks are killable if you have like 2 people doing AV against one, but the repair-stacking armor ones are pretty much godmode.

New game mode!
Similar to Dom/Skirm, but you HAVE to use tanks to hack objectives. Infantry is allowed of course. This would naturally require new maps and easy access to objectives for tanks. Remove tanks in the other game modes. |

I actually do not have that much trouble with vehicles anymore. I just learned to work around them. Certain maps are much more annoying than others though for them.

yep Manus Peak (Fishbowl) map is basically free kills for tanks. |

If the HAV scrubs run to Dom/Skirm then more WP for me , actually seen any difference come about due to this change with the exception of a decrease in recruit mails for Duna corp.
