Sup guys I'm here today trying to seek help from getting stomped all the time. I suck at this game but I never quit I just want to improve on my gameplay skills. Currently I run adv assault and logi sometimes with either a scr or laser rifle. With these I still can't get kills . I don't know what I'm wrong when it comes to 1v1 fights. I run solo now since I don't get help from my corp and some complaining that I'm not good at all. I really appreciate it if can get some help |

Look for a squad. If you want to improve your gun game, I suggest you make an Alt and play only using Scrambler Pistols. This will help a lot in your aim and knowing hw to pick your fights. Also, if you're running solo stick with the mob or pick one objective to defend.

I second the Learning Coalition chat. They are cool guys who want to help you out. They are also patient with any questions you might have. Squadding up really makes a difference in this game. I'm sorry your corp is not helping you. :(
I created an alt and went scrambler pistol as well and it really helped my gun game. This spray and pray stuff is a very bad habit to get out of so try to unlearn it early. Use your sights. It's a big reason why when you're strafing and they are staying somewhat relatively still they're still winning out. Sometimes being slower but using your sights means more bullets hitting = more dmg done.
Lastly, know when to run away. When you see a redberry, hover over them with your sights. It will tell you their suit, shields, armor, etc. This is a great way to say 'nope, he's proto, I'll go look for another target'. Running from a fight isn't bad, its smart. Also, there is no better feeling than taking a proto down to 1/3 of his armor left, running around and flanking him to finish him off in a militia assault rifle. It's tactics, not brute force that are going to win 1v1.
EDIT: also my corp is always looking for new recruits. We're rather loud and ridiculous but we really work well as a team and love getting together corp squads whenever possible. You might want to give us a try.

Another good way to get a squad is to go into a battle solo and fight, do whatever and stuff. Then go on Necom and Battle Finder then ''Last battle". Go to the leader board of the game and click people. A small menu will pop up and look for "Invite to squad". Invite everyone and wait for people to join. If you only have 3 or 4 people then set your squad as public. Keep doing this over and over to keep a steady squad.
