Chapter 1: Respect
Zekrus Brontar was new to war. The grusome attempts of violence was not usually a factor of his life on Caldari Prime. But he needed money. Everyone did. Thanks to Caldari's economy, Zekrus had no home. He was kicled out of his apartment because of his job loss and had no where left to go. He had no wife, no kids and no family at all for that matter. He decided war was probably the best place for himself. So he grabbed what he had left: clothes, food and some extra ISK and went to see a Caldarian warfare bounty hunter recruiter. He was accepted as an open mercenary and was able to recieve contracts from corporations. He was depressed and believed that his life was going to be over after the first battle. Everyone thought that. Not too long after Zekrus had signed up to be a mercenary, he recived a 3-battle contract from Pezzin-Belvisar and Associates. PEZBA is a lawyer firm on Caldari Prime and wanted to spread the word about it by building a corporation to produce money for themselves and the law firm. PEZBA wanted to see what skills he had and decided to test him out in 3-battles. If he uses less than 5 clones in all of the battles combined, then they would consider offering him a job at the corporation as a recruit. Well, Zekrus accepted their offer and quickly deployed to Ovi III. This was Zekrus's first battle. He never recived any traing other than the concept of how the battles worked.
The dropsuit he was given included a standard milita assault rifle, milita caldarian armor, milita armor plates, a milita nanite injector and a milita submachine gun. The most least dropsuit fitting a recruit could get. By the means of the contract and the dropsuit Zekrus is given, it is almost impossible for himself to win out the contract and secure a spot on PEZBA's corporation. He along with 31 other mercenaries begin getting ready for a bloody battle to fight for further corporations and ISK. Millions of fans, corporations, other mercenaries and just plain caldarians are watching the battle. 22 million are now watching. No mercenary are in a squad. Most don't know that you can squad up. But Rego Pezzin (brother of Jett Pezzin) was also fighting for Pezzin-Belvisar and Associates. Zekrus and Rego had met once before at the negotiating of his contract but never really saw each other before the battle. Rego then saw Zekrus on the MCC wondering why he was there. The two conversated about getting each other's back before the counting of the clock to begin the battle began.

Why not a rail rifle? It's a caldari company he's representing with a caldari audience.

Why wouldn't there be a militia Rail Rifle? I know we don't have one in the game but I think they would in the EVE Universe.

Oh and I'm not sure about militia armor plates on that suit he's using also. Maybe a shield regulator instead? And I think that there is a militia shield regulator.
