I'm a nova knife scout. I sneak up behind guys using a cloak, and stab them. If they see me and I end up in a firefight, I use my rail rifle. However, its not very good for close combat, as you probably know. When I was only level 2, the cloak took up 75% of my space, and all I could fit was a rail rifle, advanced nova knives (if I had a PG upgrade) and a normal cloak.
When I hit level 3, everything changed. The cloak took up less then 25% of my advanced suit. I could fit all the modules I needed, and a nanite injector because why not. But most importantly, I could fit an advanced rail rifle. Now I had been planning to get an assault rail rifle from the beginning, so I could still use my favorite weapon but be able to actually win gun fights. But then I realized... would it fit? I bought an advanced assault rail rifle, and put it on, and then I realized something... assault rail rifles take up less space then normal ones. MCC I take back everything bad I've ever said about you. Except maybe the stuff about snipers, because I cannot cross a field anymore without the cloak on.
I will stab you in the back! Unless you see me, in which case I will hit that suicide button so fast...

I like your signature. I was having a similar experience fitting my cal scout at level 1 and 2. I have a friend who just started and fitting his min scout was hard with no core skills! |
