Now I don't know if this exist or why I'm thinking this. But after getting a 5 Roadkill streak I thought maybe this game should have an Open room where players can walk around and chat with each other. With a 32 player limit per room you can either join a random bar, setup corporation meetings, meet new friends, recruit, be one of those people who circle jerk around a female scout seeking attention or guy in corner trying to be bada** or just chill while waiting for queue.

That's actually a pretty cool idea! It could kinda be like Modnation: Racers with the open aired aspect and to have all the different stations spread out just like in your room (but I rarely use those things since the Neocom is WAY faster).

There could be racial open rooms, with mini games! For example, the Amarr room would have a gold tint to it and would have pin the tail on the slave or whack-a-slave.

Were supposed to have this already.
It's called ambulation/WiS walkin in station.
Being able to leave your pilot/merc quarters in eve and dust and be able to walk around in stations and interact with people in bars, shops, faction-Corp quarters.
It was started with incarna on eve with the pilot quarters but ccp also added in clothes.
Jackets that cost 20$ and a monocle that cost 70$.
people rioted and complained about microtransactions and the lack of more walking in station and ccp interpreted it as we didn't want walking in station if we didnt want to pay the ridiculous microtransaction fees.
So no more ambulation.
