I don't like Ishukone or Mens Reppola but what he is doing could help the State and bring us back our homeplanet and that without any fight.
We have waited for generations to finally see that Caldari Prime is a part of the State again, even if it is just partially.

And if Heth thinks that his revenge on Mens and the Gallente is more important than our people getting Caldari Prime back.
If he thinks that the rivers of blood that we produced during our fights and the pain and agony that we had to endure during this campaign can be ignored for his blind rage, is that man dead wrong.

Another part of my head is also thinking that whoever needed those ships also has a target in mind. If it is Tibus Heth in mind, then there's only one target I think he's going to go after: Caldari-prime. Wouldn't be a coincidence with the recent Arcurio bid by Ishukone. For once, I desperately hope I'm wrong
