Anybody know how many people use it? I'm wondering because if Aim assist was suddenly removed again, I would like to wonder what the power of strafing felt like again.

I know it is, but I was asking approx. how many people use it in the DUST population. You didn't even read my question.

Lol it's alright. Yea I miss strafing without getting mowed down by Aim assist.

I'm definitely worse than I was before aim assist was introduced.
Aim assist made me lazy as ****.

I know it is, but I was asking approx. how many people use it in the DUST population. You didn't even read my question. I'm going to bet upwards of 90%, regardless of the subset of people who come on the forums to talk about how they don't use aim assist because they're so cool.

Anyway, I regularly out-strafe people- one of my favorite ways to troll a certain level of player is just to stand on a ridge or a building where they can see me and practice randomized strafing- circle, left, right, left, pause, left, right, circle, pause, right, etc. I've done this for 30 seconds at a stretch without dropping below half shields. Basically, AA is not nearly as strong as many people make it out to be.

I "use" it, but sometimes I have go into the menu to check if it's really on.
I hardly see it, so I don't know where people get this aim bot idea from.

It's minimal at best, and my score is the same with and without.
