I think like a lot of people I have multiple accounts and different skills in different suits.
One suits the Commando I think really needs a CPU and PG nerf ( HARD ).
On my "ADVANCED CALDRI" I can fit 2 proto weapons like a sniper rifle(not the officer, I excluded) and either a proto shorty/assault rifle( Krin and Ballac included). Couldn't try much more as this account is not that developed.
The point being is, I do not have full core skills on this character and I'm able to fit any sniper rifle and another proto weapon, 2 enhanced weapon damage mods an enhanced Nannohive, and lastly a basic shield regen.
This is an advanced suits with WAY TO MUCH CPU and PG that's not even maxed out yet.
I've also managed to do this on the Gallente too, I cannot speak for the Armarr or Minmatar as I haven't the skills to use those suits.
CCP, these needs a review , these suits literally are OP, HAHA.

As an Amarr commando, NO. Amarr weapons cost damn hell high to fit. A single proto weapon : 20PG 92CPU....... Now a minmatarr proto weapon : 8PG ... WTF ?
Completely missing the point......at least try to stay on topic instead bringing your petty (his is better than mine crap coz it only costs 8 PG Waaa, christ, grow up kid.
To re-itterate, a suit that doesn't have all the core skills maxed out, should NOT be able to carry all that I stated in the original post.

The Min Commando is one of the most PG starved suits in the game. If you could fit two proto weapons, two proto modules, and one proto equipment on an advanced suit, then you might have a leg to stand on. Until then, No.
