Consoles have been legally banned by the Chinese government, since 2000. How can CCP Shanghai create something for the PS3 and have any kind of PC/QC*, if they cannot play on the system they are developing for?
Before I receive rather ignorant responses from other players who don't know why the ban took place.
The ban was enacted because of an outcry from parents who did not want their youth to waste away playing video games.
Furthermore PS2/PS3/Xbox/Xbox360/Wii are still heavily pirated in China so it's not like they can't get their hands on the consoles or the games, its just harder.

At least China has VERY low cost healthcare.
Somehow we can't seem to do that here in America. People point to Canada and then its said "o well they are so small of course they can easily do it" so then people point to China and the response is "Well they have so many citizens paying into the system that it makes the costs lower overall"

i was in beijing for 2 years for my studies and to be honest, its not that hard to get those consoles, like i posted in one of the threads last week. all you have to do is just go to the electronics district and you'll find shops selling the consoles and the games.
people keep saying its hard to get etc etc but in reality if you havn't lived there before you wont know how easy it is to get those consoles.
sure if you were just visiting the place you wont know where to look, heck i got my current ps3 when i was there on the 3rd week at the university.

maybe thats why i couldnt get chinese players to join our corp since they've all gone to Valykyrie. (im taiwanese but both chinese and taiwanese can speak mandarin)
