Consoles have been legally banned by the Chinese government, since 2000. How can CCP Shanghai create something for the PS3 and have any kind of PC/QC*, if they cannot play on the system they are developing for?
Before I receive rather ignorant responses from other players who don't know why the ban took place.
The ban was enacted because of an outcry from parents who did not want their youth to waste away playing video games.
Furthermore PS2/PS3/Xbox/Xbox360/Wii are still heavily pirated in China so it's not like they can't get their hands on the consoles or the games, its just harder.

trust me dude i work at a hospital our healthcare system makes me sick, angry sick.
not to mention someone with an MBA, pushing paper, in a cushy office on the main floor, is making more money than most physicians. |
