We all see which one you decided to do. Maybe you should write a book on how to be a little b!tch forum troll, and I'll help people kill vehicles. We all should play to our strong suits.
Cheers OK. I'll do that thanks. First you should do your homework. 99% of sh!t that this little b!tch forum troll posts is constructive to these forums and to dust. We are all happy that you had a good match against tank spam. It doesn't change the fact that it's bad for the game. You think a new player with a MLT swarm launcher, who may or may not be in a squad, getting slaughtered by tanks and thales is gonna stay in this game? The answer is no. I have 30 mil sp dude, I know how to deal with tanks. MLT tanks are too cheap and too good, period. Have you seen a squad spam MLT Dropsuits and dominate a whole map of equally skilled players? Hmm can't recall that happening.. Maybe you have another cool story though Only people that defend MLT tanks, in their current state, are people who enjoy the fact that they can have no skill invested in vehicles and keep their cheap pub match domination. People rejoiced when ccp shut down tankbush514, now all the spam has gone to skirmishes and domination. Like I said originally it makes this game garbage. Remove MLT tanks, make them worse or more expensive, or limit the number of tanks. I like the first two options. Cheers, Little forum troll b!tch
Now that response left me laughing hard!
No one is defending militia tanks, especially someone who sank 1/2 my lifetime SP into tanking. CCP added cheap militia tanks FOR the new player experience, so a brand new player could try them straight away. Unfortunately this game is filled with people who will exploit anything, which has lead to players that will hop out of their tank after they get hit the first time because it is viewed no different that a cheap powerful module for their drop suit. Use it until challenged by a real tank, then throw it away.
The problem with the constant whining about tanks on the forums is the infuriating nerf/buff thing CCP does. It won't be the militia tank that sees the nerf bat, it will be the tanks in general. Don't like scouts, skill more into precision enhancers...don't like tanks, skill more into AV...etc. The new player relies on US, the guys who have more SP to have the tools to countersnipe the Thales, destroy the tanks, and deal with the proto stomping Dirt crap Squad (much love), because they can't. Going on the forums and b!tching about it does nothing for the ever precious new player. I told of my round as an example of what does help the game in the here and now. Do you think the blueberries were appreciative in our match that someone dealt with the opposing team who had maxed out the team quota with tanks/ADS? Or would their experience be better served if I ran my medic load out but gave a whiny forum post about "No more tanks". Would those players getting stomped ever read my post? Probably not..
Don't want to come across as a forum troll...then don't be one. Do what most of us do and stomp every militia BS tank in the ground. I rarely kill infantry anymore from my tank, nor do I call a tank unless the other side does. Call in your tank (or AV squad) fix the problem, then recall it. |
