Man, earlier today I was going crazy at glitch after glitch ruining my matches and fun.
First of all I get stuck on everything... I swear I get stuck on flat textures!! My crosshairs disappear on my MD and I couldn't fire, then a few seconds later I could fire but saw no animation or anything firing and therefore couldn't see where I was hitting and couldn't aim as well with the MD. Then I'm in a commando, nothing to do with a cloak, no cloak even near my dropsuit, and I'm hearing everything muffled like I'm under water, it's really annoying, this happened until i died, even changing suits didn't fix it! Then in my commando I get stuck in an infinite reloading animation with my MD in the middle of a 1v1, it wouldn't even let me switch to my CR! Then (Ambush!) I get put into the middle of a firefight three times in a row even though there are no uplinks and I get destroyed before I even get a chance to know where I am -> SMART DEPLOY???!! Then I get put into a skirmish match with less than 10% MCC health left on both sides, I just left the battle wihtout even spawning!
None of my corp mates were on but these were my first three games of the day and I just felt like quitting and playing something else, SOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!

A long time thought to be slain bug; the Ancient Retribution Error is back in Warframe after 4 updates of not seeing it and it's back with a vengeance dropping at max energy level of 15, percept polarity, and stacks of 99.
New players who never seen it drop before are wondering why this phantom module doesn't exist.
You'd think after all the core updates they'd fix that?
bottom line software development is a weird animal. Darwin wouldn't be able to analogize the process.
But this can also be down to sloppy programming and project management, and rotating new programmers who have no project history into the development team. I'm aware that software development is a very tricky task especially when so regularly making incremental changes BUT at the same time, this can all be avoided with a very good project manager and a good testing team - No external test server is necessary, an internal and local test server would suffice to find game-breaking errors such as dropsuits not having skill applied for the first 5 minutes of a match. Before anyone comments on internet lag emulation, game-lag and wait-times can be very easily emulated on internal test servers and is done all the time.
