When I'm in the enemy redline I always end up committing suicide when the timer is near the 6 second mark. It has happened several times. Most of the time I go in I partially assume I'm not going to get it out in time if my target is deep in there but when I can get out within those 6 seconds and end up suiciding it's pretty annoying.
Also, last night I popped into the redline real quick and popped back out. I started running alongside the redline, there was no timer display or anything and out of nowhere I comitted suicide.

I think it should be reduced to 0 seconds, no more redlining , it's a safe zone, plain and simple, this will also make for better games because people will be able to find a way past rather than just give up as i've seen so many people do.

I've died with 3-7 seconds left on the clock. This includes in every vehicle type, as well as on foot. I submitted a ticket on this issue.

It's not a safe zone, it's a deterrent. Other wise people couldn't shoot across it in either direction. If you couldnt shoot across it what would the cowardly sniper and railtanks do with themselves?

I will agree to give up the timer completely, if you agree that any damage done from within the redzone is registered as 0. On both sides. Although dropship need the timer cause when you are learning how to drive a drepship there are ALL OVER THE PLACE |

all the redline is good for is to protect snipers, the current spawn method is flawed and needs to be replaced by some thing that cant be abused.
I don't even know why I bother.
