Regardless of what we say, the same reasoning you see some use in this thread, and others, will cause it to go on deaf ears (or ones plugged with fingers and the person screaming LA LA LA LA).
If it was the isk, then why am I the poorest member of ERA? I would say, the mass majority of DNS came into this with millions of isk and did not need the land for isk farming... heck, I gave away half my wallet and I still probably have more than some of the corps who are fighting us.
If it was to prove PC was broken, then we have done it... but I think it is more than that. I think the philosophy and mindset behind PC is broken... the whole thing is and always has been broken. If you are familiar with me at all, I was very outspoken about my feelings on district locking and argued heavily to get that fixed, as that was TRULY isk farming. People can attack us all they want, but with the way clone packs are, they may never take a district. So, for me, I feel this is a part we all feel needs to be fixed... PC has ZERO value in its current set up, outside of making the wealthy good players, even more wealthy.
Another line, and one that I sympathize with is what Taste brought up... A lot of us are really f'in tired of fighting just us. No one else would dare step up... The time I was in AE we only ever fought 0.H (that was the ringers everyone hired) or ERA at the end... who were the same people that were in EoN (FA too, but that are same faces/different name). So... I, personally, think that all of you are to blame for this... not wanting to attack or take districts as you idley stand back and watch the "big boys" fight for you. "If we want competition, we should just fight ourselves"... We HAVE been fighting ourselves... For months now... And we're tired of it. It is your turn to fight us, instead of paying us to fight for you.
Also... saying we won the game makes it just that much better... like saying they put an extra shot of tequila in my margarita... just that much sweeter.
