I've decided on getting the cloak device,but I heard it takes up a lot of PG and CPU.I was wondering.How much PG and CPU,also what can of suit and what level thanks |

They're useful from the standard one, but advanced is a big step up.
Fitting costs are significant even at the standard level, you'll need at least an advanced suit to fit it, possibly proto depending on the suit and your core skills. The exception is scouts, who receive a bonus to cloak fitting costs based on their level.
You can fit cloaks on logi's and assaults, and the occasional cloaked commando has been (not) seen. But expect to take a hit in your other fittings.

At low scout levels: a ****-ton
At high scout levels: not too much, but still more than any other equipment.

Cloaks take a ton of PG/CPU, the guy in the 1st reply linked the specific stats. Generally, most advanced suits of any type can fit a standard cloak, but you'll have to make some fitting sacrifices; I would recommend using a combat rifle on cloak fits since combat rifles use up an unusually low amount of PG/CPU (pretty much like a sidearm). If you're using a scout, then you're very much in luck because scouts have a bonus that reduces cloak PG/CPU costs by 15% per level; this means with a level 5 scout skill you will have a 75% fitting cost reduction on your scout.
