It's not a sniper rifle and it never will be. Stop suggesting that.
However yes the laser now fulfils its intended purpose and does it well....but in all honestly the laser has been able to do that for a couple of builds now.

I am not saying that it is but any changes that make it any better and the tears will fall. I don't use Amarr suits with bonuses to lasers so I don't know if the Armarr suit bug is fixed but if it isn't then then the LR may be in some trouble on down the pike.
