While I appreciate that there might not be a candidate that you feel doesn't speak for you, I must say that the view you've expressed already, seems incredibly myopic and singular to say the least.
PC, while certainly important is not the be all and end all of the game for many players. It may be the ultimate destination for some of the hardcore but to cater simply to them at the exclusion of all others participating in Pub Matches and Faction Warfare, both casually and more seriously, will not service the community as a whole.
My own leanings as areas to iterate and expand on are the NPE and corp/UI mechanics. But that doesn't mean I'm not interested in how PC or Faction Warfare can be improved. Far from it. My belief is that better UI and corp mechanics will make it better and easier to play the game, no matter what the specialisation that a corp might wish to do.
As to a candidate pushing a single agenda at the expense of others, historically that hasn't worked in the CSM as those members have found themselves marginalised both by their fellow members and CCP.
Successful Candidates must instead take an holistic approach to serving in a advocacy such as the CPM, taking on board the views and wishes of all the community.
Now, I can't explain why exactly there aren't any candidates that have as much zeal as you do for PC, I can only present my musings about it. PC was a rushed and ill considered concept, propelled into a game not ready for it, as an attempt to beef up a rather anaemic and lacklustre launch build.
It has presented many problems that have impacted negatively to the game not least of which is the massive amounts of passively generated ISK and the Proto Stomping it bankrolls. It needs a huge amount of reworking done to it to make it fit for purpose. We've heard a lot about PC 2.0 but heard nothing about what it is, what it does and how it works. I suspect that you've not yet had a PC orientated candidate yet is because those considering standing, want to see what PC 2.0 is and even if it exists still.
The answers to those questions will likely be arriving in three weeks, along with the details of the CPM election timetable.
Once the community knows of the plans for PC that CCP has (or even if it still has a future, I'm not ruling anything out), then I think that the candidates you seek will let themselves be known.

I'm not wishing to be a troll and my dislike of the PC mechanic (not the concept, that I do like) may make you consider my opinion as not relevant to you personally but as a percentage of the entire player base, those competing in competitive PC is staggeringly low. I mean really low, if what I was hearing at Fanfest is to be believed.
Now hopefully the changes coming up in Alpha and beyond can reenergise the PC scene in Dust and pull it from the cycle of locking and passive ISK that plagued it so long. It's also 50/50 right now if PC in its current form will make it to Legion or be replaced with a new high end mechanic for the ultra competitive. Either way, I'll still do all I can to ensure that the ultra competitive players are catered to, in Dust and Legion and make sure that the game rewards them for such passion.
