These are my hard earned Skill Points that I invested into Armor and Shield bonuses. There was no delay listed on the description. Thats more important than anyone's forge gun right now, although less important than region locking.

All the skills are not applying. It is part of the forge gun problem.
CCP is incompetent, but on it.
Expect a fix within 6 months.

I believe this bug to be a hilarious treat and testament to CCPs lack of codeing capabilities. Ever time I spawn in, it just reminds me the I am playing a game with a great concept, but perhaps the worst developers ever. If you outsource to China, you sure do get more bang for your buck. But you also get what you pay for. In all honestly. This should have been the first bug hotfixed this patch, and would have been with virtually any other developement team.

Im being murdered quite often by my overheat 4 this reason at lvl 5 amarr assault.

I did some testing, and switching to a sidearm ( only tested with a smg) fire a few rounds and reload. This kicks in shield and armor regen, and fixes all other skills. To bad im a logi by default. With the logi, I fire of a few rounds reload and repeat. It can take 3-5 tries (and sometimes that still doesn't work).
